Nurse & Co. is a boutique, concierge-style home care practice serving Durham Region, and we are growing. We look for kind, dependable nurses and caregivers who want to build lasting relationships with the families they support — visits with room to breathe, and time to do things properly.
Every role is local, so you are not driving across the region between visits. You choose the rhythm that fits your life — school hours, weekday daytimes, evenings or overnights — and we build the schedule around it. Onboarding is paid, and mentorship comes from a Registered Nurse founder who works alongside you.
